Shipping

We ship perishable items in cool boxes and pack all orders in our freezer room to bring temperatures down to 0 degrees. This ensures that your food items arrive in good shape.

All meats that require slicing are sliced to order and vacuum-sealed.

Mossel Bay & George: Monday – Thursday.
Outside of Mossel Bay and George: Monday – Wednesday.

Note that the shipping method (for example, overnight) does not mean your order will be processed and shipped on the same day you place it.

Generally, please allow at least one day to process your order, as we slice and pack everything by hand to order.

Public holidays may change the shipping schedule.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers.
Saturday delivery is not available.
